Hanging out their shingle for a second season of business, brothers Joe (Robson Green, Wire in the Blood, Touching Evil) and Trevor Purvis (Stephen Tompkinson, Ballykissangel, Chancer) prove that repairing houses is far easier than patching up differences in a dysfunctional family. Volatile Joe is tightly wound, full of ambition. Trevor carries a toolbox full of baggage, including the breakup of his marriage, and his penchant for falling in lust with the wrong women, which drives a wedge between the brothers. Follow their exploits as the pair pays a steep price when they ruffle the feathers of rival builder Nick Costello (David Westhead, Wallis & Edward, Life Begins) during a schoolhouse conversion project.
